FAQ + Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final, please make sure you have considered your order before you place it. If you have made a mistake on your order (eg. mailing address error) please email me at hello[at]sevenprairie.com as soon as possible. 

This being said, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss your situation. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis and all shipping costs (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer. Should the jewellery be lost or damaged during return shipping the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be issued only after the jewellery is safely returned.

GIFTS

When ordering a gift for someone else, please leave a note in the “notes” section at checkout letting me know that the item is a gift and if possible the name of the recipient. This will allow me to package appropriately.

Looking for a particular piece that is not in stock? If I have the time and the materials, I often take requests for items that are being gifted. It never hurts to check in with me as I do try to make time for these requests - but, I can only take so many, so the earlier you request the better.

TIMELINES

Ready to Ship items will ship within 2-3 days of placing your order. 

Made to Order items are made after your order is placed and will take approximately 1-2 weeks to be made plus shipping time. If I expect your order will take more than the original stated timeline (for example, because I need to order supplies), I will contact you to discuss - if the adjusted longer timeline is an issue, a refund will be provided.

Please keep in mind that I am a one woman show and do all the making, packaging and mailing myself.

I am happy to do rush orders if I have the supplies on hand and the time to fit the order into my schedule - please reach out before purchase to ensure I’m able to accommodate your needs.

 

REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS

All of my work is guaranteed for one year. If an item breaks due to workmanship issues, repairs will be provided at no cost.

For all other repairs, cost is based on the extent of repairs needed. A photo of the damage is required for me to assess repair possibilities.

For items that are oxidized, re-oxidation can be done at no charge; the customer will need to pay for shipping both ways if they are not local.

If you lose one earring of a pair, I can replace at half the cost of the original pair provided I still have access to the materials I used to make the original.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I am currently accepting limited numbers of custom orders each month with a timeline of approx 4 weeks for completion.

Custom orders can be entirely new designs or slight changes to existing designs. Prices will typically include a design fee of between $20-$50.

Prices will be agreed upon in advance and all custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit.

 

WHOLESALE AND CONSIGNMENT

I am currently working on a new collection of work for Wholesale and Consignment, so this is on pause until those designs are completed and tested. That said, wholesale and consignment inquiries are welcome in the interim - I can put you on my list of shops to email when my new designs are ready.
