GENERAL FAQ
Local Pickup is available at my home in St.Albert, AB on a pre-scheduled basis.
HANDLING
"Ready to Ship" items will be dropped off at the post office within 2-3 Business Days.
"Made to Order" items will be shipped once they are made, so the timeline for shipping is the made to order timeline quoted at time of purchase + the shipping time.
CANADA
Cost is based on your region (West, Prairies, Central, Atlantic, and Northern). Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
Lettermail (Untracked): available for all of Canada for a $5 flat fee. If your order is under $100 you are welcome to use this shipping method, however, note that I am not responsible for replacement of lost shipments that are sent by lettermail as they are untracked. Shipping speed is generally 1-3 Business days in Edmonton, and takes longer the further away you are, average is about 1-2 weeks.
Expedited Parcel (tracked): Canada Post, $15 - $28 depending on region of Canada. Approximate shipping speed is 2- 10 Business Days. Edmonton is usually 2 business days, further away is longer.
Canada Post Xpresspost + Priority are available upon request. Submit your order and email to request a quicker shipping speed.
Local Pick Up: For those that are in the Edmonton area, I offer local pickup at my home in St.Albert, Deer Ridge.
INTERNATIONAL
Please check your local regulations to know if/when you will be charged customs charges for international shipments - I am not responsible for any customs charges you may incur.
USA:
All shipments are sent tracked via Canada Post for $16. Shipping speed is generally around 1-2 weeks.
OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA:
I am happy to ship worldwide where possible, though this option is not currently available at checkout as some countries have restrictions on jewelry imports. Please contact me with your country and I will look into shipping for you.
