HANDLING

"Ready to Ship" items will be hand packaged and dropped off at the post office within 2-3 Days.

"Made to Order" items will be shipped once they are made, so the timeline for shipping is the made to order timeline quoted at time of purchase + the shipping time.

CANADA

Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. 

Canada Post Lettermail (Untracked): available for all of Canada for a $5 flat fee. If your order is under $100 you are welcome to use this shipping method, however, note that I am not responsible for replacement of lost shipments that are sent by lettermail as they are untracked. Shipping speed is generally 1-3 Business days in Edmonton, and takes longer the further away you are, average is about 1 week, but can take longer depending on your location. 

Canada Post Expedited Parcel (tracked): $10 for Alberta, $15 Everywhere else in Canada. Approximate shipping speed is 2- 10 Business Days. Edmonton is usually 2 business days, further away is longer. Average shipping speed is generally a week or less, but it depends on your location.

Canada Post Xpresspost + Priority are available upon request for a surcharge. Submit your order and leave me a note requesting a quicker shipping speed and I will let you know the additional cost based on your location.

Local Pick Up: For those that are in the Edmonton area, I offer local pickup at my home studio in St.Albert.

INTERNATIONAL

Please check your local regulations to know if/when you will be charged customs charges for international shipments - I am not responsible for any customs charges you may incur.

USA:

Due to recent confusing changes on tariffs and the removal of the de minimus amount, I am not currently shipping to the USA. I apologize for this (hopefully) temporary pause, and am hoping that the situtation will change in the future. 

OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA: 

I am happy to ship worldwide where possible, though this option is not currently available at checkout. Please contact me with your country and I will email a shipping quote for you.
